We specialize in selling high-quality Hydrogel Screen Protectors and Back Protectors for various models of mobile phones. 4. Ordering and Purchase Process

4.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order through our website, you offer to purchase products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

  • Accepted Currencies: Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and US Dollars (USD)
  • Payment Gateways: We accept payments via KOKO, MintPay, Dialog Genie, and Payhere.
  • Prices displayed are in LKR or USD as selected and include applicable taxes where stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
